Personality- He's something like a spiked ball of blond. No, he's not dumb, he's just like a bunny with random things on its head. He might be a bit of a freak once you think about it.

Details- Evan has no clue how he got to New Jersey. Born in North Carolina and moved to California. His parents think that he has problems and suddenly decide to send him to a boarding school far, far away. Just to see how everything went, he fell out of the crashing plane to go to London. If you're Jim, you'll say that he's an angel that did something to screw up the world and his punishment is to get his wings burnt off until he dies and blah, blah, blah. Oh yeah, he does love his girlfriend so much but he doesn't show it. Evan used to be an irritating house rat to Hollister and they never got used to each other. Sad. Just sad. After living in New Jersey for 5 years, he pretty much got used to everything that seems dysfunctional and strange. Well, almost everything.
